Manufacturer's Warranty
Each JE Wind's power generations generator comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty as a standard. The warranty period can be changed at the request of the authorized business operator person or their project's demand.。
Operation Rate guarantee
Wind farms that meet certain requirements from us can be guaranteed the maximum operation rate of up to 98%.
Insurance
Through our alliances with major insurance companies of Japan, we have created our customized insurance policies specifically to wind power generators for you, and each guarantee is secured.
Maintenance
JE Wind has a team of experienced engineers who are ready to reach any site of wind power generations within 24 hours of receiving a visit request. In addition, if customers perform windmill maintenance by themselves, we can provide technical support without their making a black box by themselves.
